MARTY ADCOCK - Breaching and Tactical Instructor

Officer Marty Adcock is a 9 year veteran of the League City Police Dept. assigned to the Training Division.  Marty has been a member of his agency’s S.W.A.T. Team for 7 years working in the capacity of an entryman / breacher, as well as being cross trained as a Sniper.  Marty was instrumental in the development of the explosive breaching program for his agency and has since participated in several operational breaches. 

Marty holds an Advanced T.C.L.E.O.S.E. license and is a certified instructor in firearms, pursuit driving, tactical vehicle intervention, less lethal munitions, chemical agents, and breaching. Marty has been an Adjunct Instructor for the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training program since 2005, training law enforcement and military personnel nationally.  Marty holds an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and is actively pursuing an advanced degree.  Prior to his employment with the League City Police Department, Marty served operationally in Operation Desert Storm as a Reconnaissance Marine, in the United States Marine Corps.
