Kevan, a British ex patriot resident in Brazil for over 30 years is Director of Training for TEES BRAZIL (former Latin American branch of Tactical Explosive Entry School) and has been instrumental in designing training programs for special police units operating in extremely high risk urban environments. Kevan´s operational experience includes extensive patrolling in the Favelas (slums) of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo as well as various hostage rescue missions and operational explosive breaches.
