BILL MCQUIGGAN - Breaching & Tactical Instructor

Bill is a full time SWAT officer with the Montgomery County Department of Police in Maryland. As an entry team member and lead breacher, he has conducted almost 1,000 entries and participated in dozens of operational explosive breaches. Bill’s current, real world experience in the tactical community is his strongest asset. He has coordinated regional training throughout the national capital region, and is a member of the National Capital Region SWAT Association. Bill has also been a speaker at several international conferences related to explosive breaching and tactics. Bill is an instructor in firearms, chemical agents, less lethal, and CQB. He has attended various explosive breaching schools, and trained with various federal, state, local and military units across the country.
